Temple Training

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Joel Garner and I have tutored people in the fitness realm for fifteen years, seven of which have been in a professional setting. I have trained a diverse group, ranging from amateur to professional athletes, members of the FBI, government contractors, doctors and many other fine folk from every walk of life. I have facilitated several extreme transformations and my approach may be what aids you in connecting the dots on your own journey.

Fitness is a lifestyle, not a temporary crash course meant to achieve an end. If you choose to begin this journey you need to understand that this entails much more than simply transforming your body. Your body is in its current disposition because of several factors that culminate into your overall lifestyle and ultimately your perception of reality and what is possible. Transforming the body by intrinsic means is as much a metaphysical transformation as it is physiological. If you can accept the challenge of embracing change and embracing the unknown, then perhaps I can be of assistance.

My availability for one-on-one training is very limited but I’m in the beginning process of providing free quality content available on YouTube. I do offer meal plans and program design for those whose schedules don’t align or can’t make the commute to work with me.
